"Nice Grounds, Rude Staff"
Visited Eastwell manor a couple of times, the grounds are beautiful, the spa is lovely, the food in the resturant is very rich.
The mews hotel rooms are small and expensive, however the rooms in the main house are fantastic.. If booking a mews room do be careful as you share the lounge and kitchen with other guests, so don't be too shocked if you walk in to find someone in the lounge area. The mews rooms are great as you are allowed to take your dog(s).
The staff can be extremely rude and seem to judge you on the car that you turn up in, as each time I've turned up in a different car and the nicer the car the better the treatment I received, however the customer service should be much better for the price!
We wouldn't stay at Eastwell manor again, however would use their spa and possibly their restuarant again.

"Amazing Spa"
Oh my god..there Spa is so lovely. I spent the day with 8 other ladies as part of a 'ladies networking' day & we had a 3course lunch in the brasserie then had our treatments. I had a facial & I think they used Clarins & then had a manicure. Went on to have a relaxing cuppa then spent the afternoon in the Spa area which was so relaxing. Worth the 5* Rating.

"Lovely Atmosphere"
Stayed here for 2 nights for brother in laws wedding. Venue was inside & we had photographs outside by the fountain. This place has such charachter & staff are really attentive! Rooms were nice. Breakfast was unlimited & the Spa area was AMAZING!
