Can i make changes to my username?

No. Your username will need to be changed manually. If you would like us to change this for you, please contact us.

What do you do with my details?

Your details are kept on our secure server with high security measures in place. We do not sell or give your personal details to anyone!

Feedback?

You must not post or allow anyone else to post any content that is abusive or personal concerning any person.
Please remember our Terms & Conditions regarding Feedback.

Can I list my business more than once?

No. You can only list your business once on the site.
However, if you have another Company under a different 'Business name' then you may sign-up with a different email account.

Business Category?

If you can't find a suitable category for your business at the time of sign-up then please contact us and we will do our very best to help! (business@kibittz.co.uk)

Can I add my business to more than 1 category?

No, please select the most relevant category you can and optimise your keywords.

Ratings & Feedback?

Ratings can't be changed once a customer has submitted their feedback.
We have terms & Conditions in place for 'customer feedback' & have a Zero Tolerance Policy in place.
Please encourage your customers to leave feedback on Kibittz, boosting your business 'Ratings'.
